CURRENT OPEN POSITIONS:

ARCHITECT - MERIDIAN OFFICE (Full Time)

Job Requirements:
- Licensed or the ability to become licensed
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in architecture
- 5+ years of experience in an architectural office, commercial experience required, educational experience preferred
- Revit and AutoCAD proficiency
- Adobe Suite, Sketch-Up, and other design technology tool proficiency preferred
- Building Code knowledge required
- Experience working with consulting engineers required
- Experience with permitting through local and state Authorities Having Jurisdiction preferred
- Experience writing/editing specifications preferred
- Construction Administration experience required, experience with the public bidding process preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative work environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and clients
- Desire to grow and learn within the design, documentation, and construction administration process

Role On Our Team: Work closely with firm principal and project team to design and manage projects from early design development through construction. Engage and contribute to day-to-day office activities, this could be interacting with clients, contractors, or internal office staff.

ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT MANAGER - KENNEWICK, MERIDIAN & SPOKANE OFFICES (Full Time)
