Tluang is originally from Myanmar and holds a Master of Architecture, a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, and a Bachelor of Interior Architecture and Design from the University of Idaho. She is dedicated to continuous learning, is detail-oriented, and aims to provide solutions that fulfill people's needs. Her passion lies in using architecture to unite communities for a better future. Beyond work, she cherishes family moments, engages in interests like Burmese boxing, UFC, and practices boxing when she can. She also likes to broaden her perspective through travel, which continually inspires her design approach.
