CHRONICLE BUILDING BREWERY

The historic Chronicle Building originally opened in 1928 and is located in the core of downtown Spokane. The building was home to the Spokane Daily Chronicle but has been converted into residential and commercial spaces. DWA designed the space for the brewery and taproom located on the street level. Many of the original building details were kept including the tile, windows, and interior entry doors. The basement level directly underneath the brewing space was structurally upgraded to handle the weight of the equipment.
