CURRENT OPEN POSITIONS:
ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT MANAGER - KENNEWICK & SPOKANE OFFICES (Full Time, On-Site)
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Master’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in an architectural office, preferably commercial experience
- Revit and AutoCAD proficiency
- Adobe Suite, Sketch-Up, and other design technology tool proficiency preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative work environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and clients
- Desire to grow and learn within the design, documentation, and construction administration process
Role On Our Team: Work closely with firm principal and project team to design and manage projects from early design development through construction. Engage and contribute to day-to-day office activities, this could be interacting with clients, contractors, or internal office staff.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual Salary Range - $50,000 to $75,000
- Salary commensurate with experience
