UNIVERSITY OF IDAHO - TEACHING & LEARNING CENTER

The Teaching & Learning Center project fully renovated the existing University Classroom Center, replacing 33 outdated instructional spaces with 30 modern classrooms that can accommodate over 1,700 students. The facility hosts nearly half of the University’s learning experiences. Throughout the building, the public spaces and circulation spaces are designed to accommodate informal teaching and studying to support the University’s goal of providing an integral living and learning environment. The renovation created flexible and ‘smart’ classrooms capable of meeting the needs of the students and faculty, as well as adapting to future instructional innovations.
