BRELSFORD VINEYARD APARTMENTS
This apartment community was developed as a public/private partnership, with WSU Tri-Cities providing a long-term land lease to allow the development of the first phase consisting of 81 units, with a total of 165 bedrooms in varying unit sizes. ‘Merlot’ is the first of seven phases located on the WSU Tri-Cities campus, and is adjacent to the Tri-Cities Research District and the Columbia River. These apartment homes were specifically designed with students and young professionals in mind. An array of amenities are offered, including an outdoor sport court, heated outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, clubhouse, and a group study room for large projects.
