UNIVERSITY CROSSING APARTMENTS

Student housing situated next to Washington State University, this location allows for a short walk to campus for its residents. Phase 1 consisted of four apartment buildings that have a combination of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units, for a total of 207 units. Phase 1 also included a mixed-use building with a clubhouse for the residents and 25,000 square feet of space available for commercial tenants. The clubhouse amenities include a mail room, study rooms, workout facility, and a pool area. Phase 2 of this complex is planned to have three more apartment buildings with 164 units consisting of 1-, 2-, and 4-bedroom apartments. Phase 3 plans to add townhomes to the building type mix with an anticipated 104 units.
