ALTURAS ANALYTICS NEW BUILDING

As a rapidly growing private research lab serving the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, Alturas Analytics needed additional space to increase its capacity and meet growing demand. This new two-story building was constructed on property adjacent to their existing facility and features a service yard and dock with nitrogen tanks, new air compressor, and backup generator. The first floor features two large sample preparation lab spaces, scale room, robotics room, instruments room, freezer room, and a two-story lightwell near the center of the building that allows natural daylight to flood the center of the building on both levels. The lobby greets you with a two-story preserved moss wall that leads to the second floor. The second floor includes offices and staff support spaces along with shell space for future expansion or lease space to meet the current and future needs of the company.
