CDRPA TRADES DISTRICT PROJECT - PHASE 1

CDRPA wanted to transform an abandoned and partially constructed server farm near Pangborn Airport into a trades/business district to offer manufacturing and storefront spaces to promote and house minority-owned businesses and young startups for their growing and diverse community. The first phase of this project revitalized 4½ acres of the property by creating ten new buildings, comprised of twelve rentable units, varying from 1,600 to 2,200 square feet each. All units include overhead doors, an accessible restroom, new HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, with ample daylighting and views to offer a flexible space for a variety of future tenant types. Landscape and civil improvements included multiple shared outdoor common areas and green spaces, central pedestrian paths, roads, and customer parking areas.
