ROOST COFFEE SHOP EXPANSION

The Roost needed to expand its current customer area and commercial kitchen within the existing Bell Tower Building in downtown Pullman. This project included modifications and improvements to plumbing and mechanical systems, kitchen hood, and new structural supports to remove existing bearing walls.
