HAPO COMMUNITY CREDIT UNION COMMERCIAL CENTER

HAPO launched a $10 million business complex in West Kennewick, marking a significant expansion of its commercial and private banking services. This Design-Build project encompasses 31,000 square feet across two buildings and can accommodate over 100 employees. This development follows HAPO’s acquisition of Community First Bank, which positions the merged entity as Washington’s sixth-largest credit union, boasting $2.9 billion in assets and more than 220,000 members. The site was selected for its strategic freeway access and proximity to existing commercial offices. Plans for the complex also included a 5,000-square-foot conference and multipurpose space.
