TOWN CENTRE
An anchor feature in downtown Pullman, Town Centre was constructed on the site of the historic Corner Drug which was damaged beyond repair in the fire of 1999. This historical landmark is the only pre‐1900 building remaining in the downtown district. Totaling 26,400 square feet on three stories, this multi-use facility is now home to the Washington State University Foundation, with administrative offices, conference space, and support spaces for over 70 people. The design of the new Town Centre addresses the developer’s vision to establish a new standard of architecture in downtown Pullman which respects the past, but looks forward to the future.
