UNIVERSITY POINTE

This mixed-use retail/office building is located on the primary connection between downtown Moscow and the University of Idaho campus. The building replaced existing run-down buildings in this former industrial location and began revitalizing this important traffic and pedestrian corridor in the community. The materials tie in red brick from the campus along with corrugated metal from the industrial warehouse buildings formerly occupied on this site.
