COLUMBIA RIDGE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL MODERNIZATION & ADDITION

The was completed in response to increased enrollment of the Ephrata School District and the evolving needs of the Ephrata community. This project consisted of adding four new state-of-the-art classrooms to the end of the corridor on one of the school’s classroom wings. The existing classroom wings were also modernized and rearranged, resulting in 22 classrooms of uniform size and 3 small group/break-out spaces. New HVAC, audio-visual, and building-wide communication systems were integrated into all educational spaces. The new secure main entry was relocated from the west side of the building to the south side, where a new student drop-off lane was created. A new administrative suite is conveniently located at the secure entry across from the commons and the new gym.
