BUNKER FAMILY ORTHODONTICS RENOVATION

Bunker Family Orthodontics purchased a former 3,200-square-foot bank building to be renovated for their new Tri-Cities location. The DWA team collaborated closely with Dr. Steven Bunker and Design Ergonomics – national specialists in dental office planning and interiors – to transform the existing structure into a modern orthodontic clinic. The renovated facility organizes clinical and administrative functions with efficiency and comfort in mind. The layout includes a welcoming reception area, five open treatment chairs, and one private treatment room to accommodate patients who need additional privacy. Clinical support spaces include a laboratory, sterilization area, and staff breakroom. Administrative needs are met through two general offices, a dedicated office for the financial coordinator, and a private office and restroom for the doctor. The result is a bright, contemporary orthodontic environment created for long‑term growth and provides an uplifting, calming patient experience.
