HEALTH FIRST URGENT CARE RENOVATION

Health First Urgent Care has three locations in the Tri-Cities, with this clinic at the busy intersection of West Clearwater Avenue & Edison Street in Kennewick, WA. This was a Design-Build project that transformed a former flower shop into a modern urgent care facility. The project included extensive renovations both inside and out, making adaptive use of the existing structure, and reconfigured the open retail floor plan to create exam rooms, treatment areas, nurse stations, offices, restrooms, and waiting spaces. Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and life-safety systems were upgraded to meet healthcare standards, and to improve patient care and comfort, the clinic also installed upgraded finishes, improved lighting, and made enhancements for ADA accessibility.
