PASCO HIGH SCHOOL MODERNIZATION & ADDITION PHASE 1

This project included a renovation and new construction area that greatly improved the lunch hour experience with a central food service/lunchroom facility and provided additional circulation and functional/flexible open space for many day-to-day activities. The new construction area was roughly 25,000 square feet which created a central location for student organizations and a generously sized multi-use lunchroom space. The renovated portion of the project was approximately 38,000 square feet of an existing activities center and athletic space that was converted into classrooms with new plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, and a new roof.

The Design West group has demonstrated to the Pasco School District their strength in designing facilities in a collaborative manner with the owner, using input from the owner as well as providing elements of design to complement any project. Design West has provided excellent service in maintaining cost controls on all our projects with low change orders. In addition, Design West has always provided guidance and assistance in ensuring that the project is successfully completed on time. Design West is very responsive to the owner in all aspects of design, construction, and closeout. I would not hesitate in assigning them any of our future projects and would recommend them for yours.
