Construction on the new Sigma Chi Chapter House commenced in June 2019 to mark 100 years of Sigma Chi at Washington State University, earning the name the Centennial Chapter House. At 15,000 square feet, the house sleeps 50 in a combination of 2 and 3-person rooms and suites with sleeping rooms open to a shared restroom and kitchenette. The house is fully accessible for each room with elevator access to each floor. The main floor features a porch and two-story portico, 30-foot tall vaulted entry foyer with two sweeping staircases, full commercial kitchen, resident food court, dedicated library, and dining room. The high-ceiling basement holds the dedicated chapter room and accessory spaces for utilities, laundry, storage, and an additional study lounge. The yard and site are fully landscaped, accessible to front and rear entrances, and site monuments and amenities include a basketball and pickle ball court, colonnade pergola, and extensive feature and house facade lighting.
