WEST RICHLAND POLICE STATION

This one-story building is the new home for the City of West Richland’s Police Department. The plan for future growth has been included within each department, forecasting staff growth for the next 30 years. The public entry provides customer service windows for police records and the Department of Corrections. The lobby also serves as the waiting and staging area for community events with an adjacent multi-purpose room. The design includes police administration, investigations, staff locker rooms, fitness area, interview rooms, evidence processing and storage, squad room, report writing, and records office. The staff break area is at the center of the building and features an outdoor courtyard.
