ESD 123 PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT CENTER

This project was a multi-phase addition with two stories and approximately 12,100 square feet. It includes three conference rooms that allow meeting spaces to be configured into various sizes by using operable partition walls with seating for 60 to 200 people. Additional office and support spaces are also provided along with a state-of-the-art technologically advanced “Classroom for the Future” serving as a resource to educators in the ever-changing instructional education environment. To emphasize the main entrance and highlight a feature staircase, angled exterior window systems were designed and backlit with multi-colored LED lighting creating a high-tech face for the building. High-tech elements continue inside the building with advanced audio, visual, and video capabilities.
