ALPINE LAKES ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

This new school is a 37,500-square-foot facility on a 6-acre site located a few blocks north of historic downtown Leavenworth. The facility will house approximately 350 students in grades 3-5 and was designed with flexible, shared learning spaces, structural and mechanical systems sized to accommodate future expansion, and a multi-purpose room to hold school-wide events and community functions. The school features a rustic material palette which includes masonry veneer and glulam gabled roofs to blend with the local vernacular and natural environment of Leavenworth.
