EPHRATA MIDDLE SCHOOL MODERNIZATION & ADDITION

This project included a comprehensive modernization of the existing classroom wings, gym, cafeteria, and kitchen. The addition included a new competition gym with locker rooms, administrative offices, library, and secure entry vestibule. The modernization included enlarging the existing classrooms, adding additional support spaces, and new mechanical and electrical systems throughout the building. Site work included a new parking lot and student drop-off area to maximize parking and safety by separating the drop-off area from the new bus loop, alleviating congestion, and improving efficiency. A new staff parking lot was also added to the site.
