BENTON COUNTY FIRE DISTRICT 1 STATION #170

BCFD1 had purchased an existing 3,560 square foot, single-family home on a four-acre plot of land. The house was remodeled into a firefighter dormitory and the administrative offices were relocated into the facility. The project also included a new 3,400 square foot, pre-engineered steel structure for vehicles and apparatus. The overall project upgraded property utility services, new concrete driveways to accommodate large vehicles, and landscape improvements.
