CALDWELL PARKS & REC BUILDING

The City of Caldwell Parks and Recreation Department was in dire need of a new facility for its growing community that was inclusive, welcoming, and able to meet the needs of all patrons and employees alike. This new facility includes an area exclusively dedicated to accommodating the public and a separate area for the employees working to maintain outdoor recreation and resources. The new office building includes eight offices, an accessible public reception area with kiosks for program enrollment, a conference room, athletic storage, staff locker rooms, a staff training room/break room, and additional service spaces. The shop is located behind the main building and houses a fabrication bay, two standard vehicle maintenance bays, and a pull-through maintenance bay with vehicle washing equipment.
