OTHELLO LIBRARY BRANCH IMPROVEMENTS

The facility owner was modernizing other areas of the building, and Mid-Columbia Libraries agreed to make their own improvements within the Othello branch. Our team assessed the 7,400-square-foot library, and after identifying the most important needs, the DWA team created design and construction documents for the proposed renovations. The project involved installing new flooring and casework, fresh paint throughout the interior, and electrical modifications, including relocating outlets and providing data connections to support the redesigned furniture layout.
